++ Great skin and beautiful hair thanks to honey and beer ++

Who would have thought that honey doesn't just look good on school bread? Even the ancient Romans called honey "heavenly medicine" because at that time they used it to soothe their stressed skin. The many proteins and vitamins also support the skin cells. The honey therefore ensures a beautiful and healthy complexion. You can easily make a face mask with this miracle cure by mixing honey and curd cheese. This mask moisturizes the skin and makes it beautifully supple.

Or you just get a beer from the basement and pour it into your hair. But before you go to the beer crate, you'd better coordinate your venture with a parent. ;-) Really beer? Sounds really weird, but helps the hair loose to make and give him the necessary support. This makes your hair look fuller and more voluminous. The beer, the hops and the yeast in the beer provide your hair with trace elements and vitamins. And that is better than any expensive shampoo!

Make face masks yourself: You should know these masks
Facial masks relax the skin, make it wonderfully fresh again and are a nice way to pamper yourself.

Make face masks yourself: you should note that
Since natural cosmetics can also cause allergies, you should test the mask on a small area of   skin before applying. You can treat yourself to a mask once or twice a week. The dry heating air and cold temperatures particularly stress the skin in winter, but also in summer it is attacked by heat and air conditioning. You should therefore make your face masks dependent on the external circumstances. Rich masks are recommended in cold months, light, moisturizing products are sufficient in summer. Ingredients that are moisturizing are, for example, cucumbers, honey or yoghurt. Ingredients such as apple, curd cheese or parsley have an anti-inflammatory effect .

Other tips:

Instead of disposing of the used coffee filter and coffee grounds, you can also use it for a skin peeling. The coffee rubs off the dead skin cells and at the same time the caffeine invigorates your skin. To do this, you simply have to mix the coffee grounds with the same amount of untreated cocoa powder and stir them into a smooth mass with a little honey. Apply to face, leave on for 10 minutes , then massage in with circular movements and rinse off.

Attention : This mask is only suitable for preventing pimples! Under no circumstances apply to existing pimples and open areas.

DIY mask against blackheads
You need this:

1 egg
Cotton pad

Take the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Place the egg white in a bowl and dip the cotton pad in it until it has absorbed as much of the liquid as possible. Then place the cotton pad on the places where you want to remove the blackheads. The whole thing works particularly well on the nose. Presses the pad on the areas so that the egg white can penetrate the pores. Then wait about 15 minutes for the cotton to dry. Then pull the cotton off with a jerk and rinse the whole face with cold water.

Are face masks harmful to very young skin?

No. It is important that you make your own face mask that suits your skin type. You should also be aware that you are not using products and foods in the preparation of the mask that you may have an allergy to. Otherwise, you can't do much damage to your young skin.

Why does my skin burn after using a mask?

If, after you have applied your mask, you notice a slight, warm pull on the skin relatively early on, you should react quickly and wash your face quickly. The reason for this could be that your skin is irritated by the ingredients. A too long exposure time can cause a burning sensation and skin irritation. If the mask burns, wash it off quickly - no matter in which case!
